1. The problem of uneven firepower in commercial frying stoves

(1) When repairing a commercial frying stove, first cut off the power and gas, and then disassemble the gas nozzle. It is found that there is no blockage problem in the gas nozzle.


(2) Then the burner was disassembled and inspected. It was found that there was a lot of carbon deposits on the surface of the burner, and a special brush was used to clean it.


(3) In order to ensure that the uneven fire power was completely resolved, the gas pressure of the frying stove was checked and found to be stable and normal.


(4) Finally, the gas regulating valve was tested to confirm that it could be flexibly adjusted within the set range. After that, the inside of the frying stove was cleaned during disassembly and inspection, and then restarted to solve the problem of insufficient firepower. Uniformity problem.


2. What to do if the commercial stove control panel fails?


Another common problem encountered when repairing commercial woks is that the control panel fails. This problem occurs in many old Fuji double-head woks. For this, the following inspections and repairs can be made.


(1) When repairing a commercial stove, first check its panel. If there are obvious stains, oil stains, etc., clean it to ensure that there are no abnormalities on the panel and that the panel circuits are not broken or loose after disassembly.


(2) Then remove the control panel and check the specific button contacts. Through the multimeter test, it was found that the contacts of some buttons failed and the resistance was infinite. The faulty contacts were reprocessed and the damaged components were replaced. The control was solved. Panel failure problem.


When repairing a commercial wok, the first thing to consider is whether there are stains, oil stains and liquid penetration on the surface, and then check whether there is carbon deposits inside. Most problems such as uneven fire power are caused by carbon deposits. Also, pay attention to the downward pressure during daily use. If the gas pressure keeps fluctuating, find the problem to avoid serious commercial stove failure.
