Technical guide for repairing abnormal temperature and non-cooling of cake cabinets

As a commercial display equipment, the temperature control of cake cabinets is crucial. When encountering problems with abnormal temperature and no cooling in the cake cabinet, systematic troubleshooting and repair are required. The following is a detailed technical repair guide designed to help technicians quickly locate and resolve faults.

First, check whether the power connection of the cake cabinet is normal. Open the cabinet door and see if the internal light is on, or use a pen to test the power outlet. If there is no problem with the power supply, further check the working status of the compressor. The compressor will emit slight vibrations and motor sounds when operating normally. If the compressor does not work, there may be a problem with the power circuit, thermostat or compressor start-up protector.

Secondly, if the compressor is working but the cooling effect is not good, check whether the refrigerant is sufficient. Let the cake cabinet run for a few minutes, then unplug it and listen carefully for the sound of liquid flowing in the copper pipe. If there is no sound, there may be a refrigerant leak. At this time, it is necessary to pressurize and detect leaks, repair the leaks, and then evacuate and fill with fluorine. At the same time, check whether the refrigeration system is blocked, such as dry filter, solenoid valve, thermal expansion valve and other components.

Furthermore, check whether the evaporator of the cake cabinet is frosted normally. Unsatisfactory or irregular evaporator frost may be caused by impure refrigerant, uneven heat transfer or air in the system. If the evaporator is frosted too thickly, it will affect heat exchange and reduce the cooling capacity. At this time, the machine should be shut down for defrosting. At the same time, check whether the evaporator is too dirty or has too much oil accumulation, which will affect the heat transfer efficiency.

In addition, you also need to check whether the fan of the cake cabinet is working properly. For indirect cooling cake cabinets, if the fan does not work, the cooling effect will be poor. At the same time, placing too much food will also affect the cold air circulation, thereby affecting the refrigeration effect.

Finally, if there are no problems with the above checks, but the cake cabinet still does not cool, it may be that the compressor itself has poor power. This may be caused by excessive clearance between the piston and the cylinder, loose fixing bolts between the connecting rod and the crankshaft, or damaged suction or exhaust valve plates. At this time, it is necessary to replace suitable parts or repair damaged parts.

During the maintenance process, be sure to pay attention to safety. Such as operating without power, avoiding burns, etc. At the same time, functional testing should be carried out after the repair is completed to ensure that the cake cabinet returns to normal operation.

To sum up, repairing the problem of abnormal temperature and no cooling of the cake cabinet requires troubleshooting and repair from many aspects such as power supply, compressor, refrigerant, evaporator, fan and compressor power. Only systematic inspection and repair can ensure the normal operation and display effect of the cake cabinet.
