The temperature would also be high and low. Experienced maintenance personnel were trying to fix the oven. After opening the back cover of the furnace, it was found that the heating tube had obvious signs of scorching and breakage, so the original heating tube was immediately replaced. During the process, a multimeter was also used to measure the resistance values ​​of other heating components to ensure that there were no traces in other places. After installing and running the problem, the oven can heat normally.


When encountering a commercial oven that takes too long and fails to generate heat, in addition to the failure of the heating components, it may also be a problem with the thermostat, such as when I repaired an Unox XEVC-2011-EPR commercial oven. , probably no burn marks were found behind the back cover, and the cooling fan was running at the same time, so the maintenance personnel measured the resistance of the thermostat and found through professional investigation that the thermostat was faulty. Such electronic components can only be replaced directly. Therefore, the maintenance personnel came to the door the next day and installed an original thermostat compatible with the Unox oven. This not only repaired the oven, but also ensured long-term stable use.
